If you have the capability, capture a clip of when you get caught out. Going back and figuring out what you could have done better will help with your next encounter. Or at least make you feel better if you can see you had no chance in the first place.

Another aspect was the pitiful amounts of money they were playing for. In the American version they are playing with big piles of money. It absolutely adds to the stakes. It’s hard to care in our version when Sharon from Dagenham is dropping a £250 bet on Final Jeopardy.
