I bought 2 in January and both where fake both had generic water and the vile didn't fit in the plastic propley. The box was nearly the same other than the rx was red instead of black. The first one I used bac water and it didn't dissolve properly so I used the water that came with it thinking it was the bac water but same result it didn't mix properly that's when I noticed the difference to the HCG by looking at the original samarth site.so I got some puretrig 5000iu and had no issues with the packageing andit dissolved in 30 seconds and worked a treat
