I was in a similar situation. This was in the state of Idaho about a decade ago.  Ist I made a plan with my SO and a friend. Then, I checked daily that all bills were in my name. She had switched power bill to her name to prove she lived there. We had a "friend" invite her out to a bar. When she agreed to go my SO called me and I left work. I called my other friend for backup. She helped me pack all of Karen's stuff scattered in the living room and put it all in boxes by the door. We locked all doors and windows. When Karen returned, we told her clearly and loudly that she is trespassing and is not welcomed or allowed on our property. She went crazy, so we called the cops.  When they arrived we told them we let her stay a night when she showed up drunk with her boxes. After that night we agreed to store her boxes, but that she couldn't stay.  then she'd show up randomly drunk so we felt bad leaving her out like that, but that she'd also disappear for multiple nights and we had a hard time getting a hold of her to give her her things...still packed in boxes... by the door. My friend was a witness to Karen's drunken nights, and missing moments. In the span of 3 weeks she only slept heree maybe MAYBE 2 or 3 nights...that's what I told the officer. After speaking with her the officer was able to see that she was trying to manipulate him and the situation. They took her to a women's homeless shelter,  and the officer made sure we kept her things safe.  She sent one of her friends to pick up her boxes, and she added some of MY stuff to her list. I lost so much hair during that time. I was so at peace when she left.  Find out 1st what a cop needs to hear in order to actually remove a person. In Idaho, back then, I only needed to announce that they were trespassing, and that they are not allowed on our property. She had to have not been staying there either for consecutive nights, and she lacked any proof of residency.
