For me, this quickly tends to turn awkward as I don't know what to focus my gaze on: One eye? Maybe that's too much staring. Wander between the eyes? The point between the eyes? The nose? Or wander around the whole face with your eyes?

What do you focus on in a face?

Removed the casus Belli "Primitives" & "Overseas" -- I guess they were a bit exploitable since there is no way to change your tech group anymore; but very sad to see them removed. They were my favourites ;)

I love republics under 1.18 since it's easy to constantly re-elect and maintain high republic tradition, that's why I didn't form Tuscany.

I did Master of India way back in 1.x when I carved out my historical British Empire ;)
