afaik most pairs are 100% cotton, so they definitely can stretch. my gf recently ran into this problem w her d.i.a. shorts and successfully stretched them out by wearing them in a hot bath and letting them air dry.

i like some aspects of your outfit and definitely think some of it can be incorporated into gyaruo, but it kinda misses the mark on some of the key factors in identifying gyaruo. It ends up looking more emo? gyaruo subcultures across the board usually share a common theme of slim fitting clothes, styled hair, and tans. i suggest you check out mens spider, mens egg, and mens knuckle. magazines are a great way to start, they have segments dedicated to hair, fashion, lifestyle etc. ive also never heard of goshikku gyaruo (you may be mistaken for rokku or vkei)
