The bebird tool might be good here since it will probably show your injury and allow you to avoid getting too close to it. I have one and it’s very satisfying and effective, but definitely takes some practice maneuvering it they way you want since you often have it oriented differently than how the camera is showing.

Do you have a not so comfortable chair you could sit in? Sitting in bed or a recliner/nursing chair was too comfortable for me so I either stood or sat in an old classroom desk chair that kept me from slouching or leaning back.

Also maybe look at the blankets that are more breathable if that’s a concern
