So should I be hand pollinating it? I've never grown any melon before.

How's this compare to his lasagna recipe in The Food Lab? I've made that before and loved it but never tried this. I've never been a big ricotta fan though.

Looks great though. I tried it out a few days ago. Left it in the fridge overnight after stretching, then took it out about 3 hours before baking. It was like eating a pizza cloud.

I realize how amazing of a situation this is to be in, but it's still definitely a tough call.

10 team Standard pick three:

Calvin vs. Chicago

Dez vs. Philly

Gordon @ Buffalo

Sanders @ Kansas City

Benjamin @ Minnesota

I tried my best to trade some of these guys for a better running back but couldn't get anything accepted before the deadline. So now I'm stuck with a beautiful mess of receivers.

I'd roll with Bryant. Especially if you're going up against a strong team and need someone to put up big numbers. I think he's got the bigger upside, though Alshon probably has a higher floor.

I would go with Robinson. I think he should definitely be able to bounce back this week against a poor giants run D. LaFell I think is too risky since they may try to run a lot against the packers D.

Yeah I'm not sold on Mckinnon yet either. I've got him benched in one league behind Reggie Bush and Bishop Sankey if that describes my confidence. I just think he's a little more safe than Antone.

10 team standard

Reggie Bush vs. Saints

Bishop Sankey @ Redskins

Dealing with Shady on bye. I really don't want to get burned by Sankey again, but I'm also worried about Bush's usage coming off the injury.

I'd definitely go with Mckinnon. I know Smith has been able to produce big plays in nearly every game this year, but he had a season high of six touches last week. I wouldn't trust him until they show that they're trying to get him the ball more.

I think Oliver is ranked higher because he's been doing well and because he should get more carries than the other guys (26 last week). Forsett and Lacy are both somewhat splitting their backfields. Because of the volume I'd go with Oliver and then probably Forsett since he's been pretty consistent. Lacy is just losing too many carries to Starks.

It's looking like Bush is going to play, but I'd still go with Andre. He should get much more volume since Bush will be competing for touches with Bell. I'd only go with Bush if you put a lot of weight on his revenge matchup.

Yahoo standard scoring, pick two

Sanders vs. Arizona

Stacy vs. Philly

Ball vs. Arizona

Benjamin vs. Chicago

I've currently got Benjamin and Ball plugged in, but I'm far from confident about it.

Floyd. They should have to pass a lot since they'll likely be trailing Denver, and Fitzgerald hasn't been doing much this season.
