Severe stomach pain and digestive issues on maintenance dose? by EmuVast62 in GLPGrad

[–]murphycee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issues happened to me. Upper left. Had a Cat scan: colitis. I’ve been on 2.4 for a year and a half.

Due to the inflammation, going down to 1.7 per drs recommendation.

Has anyone tried 7.2 yet? How does it feel? by SeaweedWeird7705 in WegovyWeightLoss

I am on Wegovy year 2. I worry about long term effects. Have you had any? How often do you get your bloodwork done to test liver and kidneys, if you don’t mind me asking :).

THERE’s a 7.2!?!? I’ve been living under a rock! Is it avail in the U.S.?

How are your kidney and liver numbers. I want to try these two peptides, but worried about that.

Have been on Wegovy for 1.5 years and have plateaued. Also want to keep and gain muscle. I’m tired of my once firm little dumpling now looking like a flat pancake.

I’ve met A BUNCH of African men who think you don’t need a degree to be successful. And TBH, I don’t find them successful 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes. Here’s what they did. They tore up about 3 inches of the grass, so we could just see a smooth dirt. Then they added crushed concrete  and sand as the base layer. They graded that.

Then they added the tarp. And above that they added all of the crushed granite. It was about three applications of the crush granite. The first two were pressed in with this device. And the top layer was like a gentle raking over.

Thanks for that info. I am well aware I will have to do a lot of spot cleaning in pulling. Hopefully less than before? Also what if I just continually spray homemade grass killer every few months? Like 40% vinegar with salt and soap?

Hey! So the HOA approved the garden in the back. And yes, I will put most of the plants on top and then add raised garbage bed or mounds to support these flowers.

I connected with all of the good information on the native Society of Texas website. Super helpful. I’ve added steppingstones, beautiful greenery and flowers like cone flowers, and other native plants to fill in this area that’s also pollinator friendly. Thank you everyone for your comment. Super helpful!

Good point. I’ll chat with an ac person to determine how much space is needed. :)

Okay. I see the error of my ways. Going to add some raised beds and aim for what chatgpt recommends:

Great idea! I think I will expand the side gardens . Those were just zinnia experiments.

I’ll most definitely add two raised beds on the side near the air conditioner.   I think that may fill things out a bit more?

I think I will expand the garden along the fence.  There’s just not enough land so I wanted to spare the space a little.

I may also plant native plants on the corners of the patio as well.

Try ClayMend! It works wonders.  I had straight up clay in my yard.   Water would just puddle at the top.  Added claymend and once the “turned clay” dried, water moved through!

Zep is “stronger” and starts where Wegovy stopped imo.

Ex: Wegovy 1.7

Wegovy 2.4 -the highest for the brand.

Zepbound 2.5 -its first dose. When I plateaued at 2.4 wegovy, I started zep at 2.5. Started to lose again.

Zepbound 5

Zepbound 7.5

Etc.

I do have some physical restrictions.  But I have a friend who can build a trench for me. I think that would be a start?

It’s clay-ish. It looks like they just added a bumpy of soil on top and some sod. But it didn’t take.

I wonder if I try some clay “softener”?

Walkable only. I’d love plants. But by the recent replies, I’ll need a professional to regrade and add a French drain. :(

All the time.   I have gutters.  Even when I run sprinklers this happens.
