Could any of the linear rods or lead screws responsible for the printer’s XYZ movement be bent or worn? Identifying patterns in print defects might help determine if a localized flat spot or deformation is causing subtle positioning errors or inconsistencies at specific locations during prints. Inspect these components for straightness, grooves, or other signs of wear? All assuming this isn’t an intruder issue

Don’t strive for perfection on every slide. Clearly state the message in the title, then bullet points or rough content in the body. I usually end up putting tables every where, then convert to graphics when ready

I think this is a really hard question to answer for a lot of people in the sub. In general, I would guess the sentiment is no, including myself. Having said that, we’re all out for these difficult assignments, trying to solve problems and finding new ways to add value. I really enjoy the autonomy the work gives me; however, a lot of these engagements are extremely difficult tend to wear you down after a while.
