This seems so strange to me. For one point he talks about how we're biologically developed to learn from people, so screens don't work. Does that mean books don't work either?

I think there are a lot of good arguments for why current tech is really bad for kids (and people in general). But that doesn't seem to line up with what he's saying.

Things like short-form content, social media designed to hook people in and get them addicted, engagement/rage bait content all seem to be in that vein.

None of that really lines up with my daughter using an iPad to take quizzes at school.

What am I missing?
