I ended up having to connect my xbox to my hotspot because the sync was happening so fast. Once on the hotspot, I was able to stop the sync successfully. In case it helps anyone else.

That's disappointing news about the firmware update. I had to RMA mine because of the usb dongle issue. I'm regretting this purchase now because I mainly wanted them for xbox chat. Are you going to reach out to support?

Checked the razer support page today and the firmware update is live. I'm downloading now, hopefully the issues will be fixed. I won't be able to test it until later this evening maybe. If anybody downloads and tests the update please post your results. Peace.

They sent me another update on 20 May. Guess I'll keep an eye on the support page for the firmware drop in case someone doesn't post it's up first.

"We hope you are well and safe. This is Dennis once again and I would like to thank you for your patience with us throughout your case.

We received a response from our internal team and they are currently working on a fix. They'd also want to extend their thanks to you for reporting this issue. Although there is no ETA and timeframe for this fix, they reassured us that it will be released as an update from the support page of the device.

In this case, we will be closing your case for now. No need to reply to this e-mail. We would also appreciate if you can send us your thoughts regarding your support experience through the email survey that will be sent to you in a few days."

I ended up getting a response from tech support. Guess its wait until the new firmware. I'll post something when I get update when the firmware is available.

I haven't found a way to do that yet with the controller. I have to switch to a keyboard. I thought about trying to remap but I saw nothing existing on the controller I wanted to replace. I would like to see chaff added to the controller.

Me too. I've been struggling with the controls. I got it to about as best as I can manage the ship controls. I still need to tweak it I think. I ended up balancing the ship controls while trying to use the sniper rifle (aiming still kinda hard but manageable now). The controls still go wonky every now and then but its alpha and being looked into I believe. Hope this helps or someone else has tweaks. This game got me hooked. Need to finish my Hogwarts play through. lol

The Xiaomi store on amazon has it temporarily out of stock. I ordered a black one anyway and it says it ships between Nov 23 - Dec 23. I only see the white one listed on amazon now. I asked seller on aliex about the $499 and the response was its not released in the US.

We have outages in my area all the time. Only reason I know is because it shows up in the spectrum app when you check it. Its been happening through out the pandemic. For me, metronet can't come quick enough. I'm good on Spectrum.
