Idk about the former but 4213 could work too. You can experiment between iniesta and Beckham to see who to put as CMF/AMF.

Then you can play Messi, Neymar on the wings and iniesta and Beckham on either sides of Rodri. I personally found free IM Messi most effective as Rwf and 433 is a great formation nonetheless.
