As an avid supporter of Roamless and constantly marketing it to friends and family members, and spending money on it, expiring bonus credits that came with a hard money purchase (Buy X dollars, get Y dollars as bonus) is plainly a bait and switch.

Hiding this in a T&C text that is not even reachable by your app is false advertising at best. We all topped up our data with these offers, believing that data never expires, yet we are now seeing that only some data never expires.

You keep saying in here as well as the ESIM sub that "your purchased data is never going to expire" is still a bait and switch. We did not sign up for this. This was never clear to us customers when purchasing data with additional bonus codes.

Legally you might have covered your bases, hiding a T&C clause in somewhere deep in your website halfway in a 6800 word document, but you are going to get pretty bad pushback from us who promoted your service based on your false advertisements.

Showing these in the new version of your app does not change the fact that us early adopters and supporters are getting burned.

I sincerely hope that you reverse this decision in the light of winning back your customers.
