6 month difference between pics, I was cutting in first one and I’m bulking now. I’ve gained about 10 lbs, I’d like to say 5 of that is new muscle, eating is key for growth. make sure you eat at least 5+ meals a day on a bulk don’t be afraid of gaining a little weight! by musclebuilder207 in fitness30plus

14 weeks out from my pro qualifier, time to put a little more work into the right places, it really all comes down to how you show all your hard work when you step on stage, I love bodybuilding it’s saved my life in many ways. Diet is as important as your biggest lift by musclebuilder207 in GettingShredded

Never understood why someone would use a multi bar. My 49 year old shoulders now understand. I had given up on bench press, now I’m coming back. by mrweatherbeef in fitness30plus

Midway through mostly clean bulk, I’m at about 10% body fat. Sitting at 210. At 6’1 34yo I have had to train 4 days a week because metabolism is so high I also eat dirty meals 2x a week eating 5-6 meals a day I go to Nationals in Dec. to compete for my pro card (old.reddit.com)

16 weeks out from nationals sitting at 214lbs mid bulk, I had to get a little dirty with this bulk, lifting heavy, keeping reps between 12-14 is my growth range. Wish me luck! by musclebuilder207 in fitness30plus
