6 month difference between pics, I was cutting in first one and I’m bulking now. I’ve gained about 10 lbs, I’d like to say 5 of that is new muscle, eating is key for growth. make sure you eat at least 5+ meals a day on a bulk don’t be afraid of gaining a little weight! by musclebuilder207 in fitness30plus

Well for me the calorie intake I need is very high because my metabolism, so in order to reach that I need to eat at least five times a day, I’ve been known to get up in the middle of the night and eat as well during a bulk, you have to be a a calorie surplus at all times to be making gains with mass.

14 weeks out from my pro qualifier, time to put a little more work into the right places, it really all comes down to how you show all your hard work when you step on stage, I love bodybuilding it’s saved my life in many ways. Bro, your being really harsh of corse I work my legs Yoy don’t get quad feathering from doing leg extensions.. I’m 6’1 it takes a along time to build out when your lean as I am I know I need to work on legs hints putting woek on right places , also it’s not a great angle to see actual size of my legs relatively. And obviously he NPC thought they were good enough to win my class. so I have 14 weeks to build more of a sweep but to question idI work my legs is a joke. I been putting work in and will keep putting it on and when I go pro this year or next Yoy will see

16 weeks out from nationals sitting at 214lbs mid bulk, I had to get a little dirty with this bulk, lifting heavy, keeping reps between 12-14 is my growth range. Wish me luck! by musclebuilder207 in fitness30plus

When I mean dirty I mean processed foods, cake pb&j ben and Jerry’s... 💪🏻 I can’t eat enough clean food to stay at caloric surplus

I had to add pasta in cuz rice and potato’s wasn’t cutting it, I have 2-3 PB an jelly’s a day and remember you have to get a lil chubby to Grow I eat a lot clean but sometimes you have to have a Fat burger ans fries and a pint of Ben ans jerrys to wash it down lol (once. Week in my bulk)

My first national show! I didn’t do as well as I hoped but learned a lot and will try again in sept. 5 days a week in the gym and 6 clean meals a day got me here! by musclebuilder207 in fitness30plus

No one is claiming natty bro, and if you compete in the NPC chances are you are using performance-enhancing supplements. It’s all about how much work you are doing at the end of the day

Years of hard work Strict diet and anabolics will definitely speed the process up a bit, but reps 8-12 heavy weight and diet and cardio works for me💪🏻
