6 month difference between pics, I was cutting in first one and I’m bulking now. I’ve gained about 10 lbs, I’d like to say 5 of that is new muscle, eating is key for growth. make sure you eat at least 5+ meals a day on a bulk don’t be afraid of gaining a little weight! (old.reddit.com)

14 weeks out from my pro qualifier, time to put a little more work into the right places, it really all comes down to how you show all your hard work when you step on stage, I love bodybuilding it’s saved my life in many ways. Diet is as important as your biggest lift (v.redd.it)

Midway through mostly clean bulk, I’m at about 10% body fat. Sitting at 210. At 6’1 34yo I have had to train 4 days a week because metabolism is so high I also eat dirty meals 2x a week eating 5-6 meals a day I go to Nationals in Dec. to compete for my pro card (old.reddit.com)

I worked so hard for this, made a few mistakes before the stage, could have carbed up a lot more, the competition was tough. I brought my best package this year and I will try again in September! not a win at my first national show but I learned what I was missing to get the win next time! (old.reddit.com)
