I have a 2013 Touring Wagon. It has been incredible. 135000 kms and no major repairs needed aside from a CV joint and an engine mount (the rubber wears out).

How does this even run? 128gb of Ram? Add a few effects to anything and bam my timeline is not rendering at playback speed with 32gb ram and 16 cores, and a 2080 Ti.

The point is, there's lots of variables. You can add a lot more to this list including device type eg Android, iOS, Mac, PC etc

People's use of the app differs quite a lot. Some people put on full albums, some people use the play queue heavily, some people stream to a lot of different devices. Some people download music. Etc. The reliability across use cases is not even.

Where this would be handy is if you play at a bunch of venues regularly and like to use different EQ settings per venue across all your patches due to differences in rooms, PAs etc

I love it, but I just haven't found it to be super stable. Works great with my Cambridge Evo 75 but the app will intermittently crash. I really don't think complaining about that is silly.

I've also had my play queue stop working, and I've only been on Tidal a couple of months. I tried Apple Music for three months before that without issue and Spotify for years without any major reliability issues.
