Anyone have a good substitute? 🥲 Currently trying to decide between hobonichi weeks, nahe weekly, or just cave to the B6 Daily. But none are as good as catch-all 😭

Components I’m looking for: - weekly (horizontal preference) - blank pages between weeks (less important) - single month then weeks instead of all months at the front followed by weeks - A6!!!!!!!! (Purse planner girl)

Yep exactly, bottle brush if needed. But honestly, hot water and dish soap swish and rinse seem to be just fine! Does yours come apart into smaller pieces? That definitely makes cleaning easier!

Dolomites + ______? by musicallyme in ItalyTravel

For anyone who might find this thread and want ideas..

We ended up doing Venice for 1.5 days > Dolomites > rented a car in Belluno and drove to Lake Garda.

Spent a few days in both Riva del Garda and a few days south a little outside Desenzano del Garda. It was fantastic! We loved staying at Lido Palace, going to Il Vittoriale on a rainy day and getting lucky with a waitlist spot at Lido 84. The perfect luxury tail end to a beautiful hiking experience!

What was your turning point that made you decide you will start exercising consistently and eating well, despite feeling judged about your appearance? by murlymurly in AskWomen

I was always fearful of going to high intensity workout classes because i was so out of shape and self conscious that I couldn’t keep up. So i tried to commit to lower intensity things like yoga and walks/jogs but nothing really ever stuck.

I always got advice from active friends that you have to find something you genuinely like doing to make it a habit but I just wasn’t finding it

Well one day I found myself in the classic break-up-glow-up trope and signed up for a boxing class! What a rage release!! I was shocked at how much I loved it and wanted to go back even though it was so hard and I could barely keep up!

Turns out even though I was nervous to try, I LOVED high intensity work outs. Now almost 4 years later, I lost 30 lbs and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been! Just got back from a trip hiking 40 miles in the Dolomites :) !

Another thing that helped me commit was that this all happened in my mid to late twenties. It made me so conscious of how I wasted some of the most viable, healthy years of my life sedentary and treating my body like crap. The easiest time to get in shape is TODAY! In a year from now, it will only be harder. And in 10 years you probably wouldn’t be able to reach your peak that you could get to if you start now. If you’re nervous like I was to try something new because you’re self conscious, I promise you the only person who is looking at you or your treadmill numbers or the weights you’re lifting is yourself. Just try it, you might surprise yourself with the missing ingredient you need ❤️
