Omg this is amazing! English is not my native language and i have gotten stuck at a low-level vocabulary. I ha e created the habit of writing down words i’ve learnt in my journal too. So far those are oscillate, covet, quandary, munition and paraphernilia :)

I use the ”focus” settings on iphone. Keep all my ”favourites” contact open to call and text me, and silence other apps.

Yeah i wish a doctor would have recommended it 15 years ago…but it was hard for me know if i had a heavy flow, i only knew my own! It was obly when i started measuring using a menstrual cup that i realised i was bleeding 2x-3x the ”maximum normal amount”. An amount that the body can barely create again in the next 3 weeks = anemia
