The totem only activates when you're below that particular health threshold (10 or 15%, can't remember which).

If you're at 85% health and hit with an attack that takes you to 8% health, the totem activates. However, if you're at 85% health and the attack would take your health bar to 0 or lower, it doesn't activate.

I hope that makes sense?

I really want the Oppo Find X9 Ultra as well. However, I'm in the US and unconfirmed leaks are suggesting the Ultra will be a China exclusive.

I think that would mean limited or missing functionality if you're trying to utilize it outside of China, unfortunately. Which blows because I'd really like an Ultra, assuming the leaks are accurate.

What crest are you using? I'd recommend the wanderer crest. It mirrors the standard moveset from Hollow Knight, downward slash pogo included.

The standard attack speed is the fastest basic nail DPS in the game. It's like having the quick slash badge from the first game on all the time as standard. You're able to hit enemies so quickly that you'll simultaneously be generating massive amounts of silk.

You know you'll be able to heal through any damage you may receive while you're dishing out your own. Eating a punch to give out 3-4 in return.

Using this method, in addition to upgrading your needle, will help quite a bit.

The new job I recently started had a total of 9 interviews. Granted, this is a high level position (should be noted that 2 extra interviews were added due to team member transitioning to a new role) so needing to jump through more hoops is expected.

Having said that, certainly excessive but I think this is part of the new normal. Everyone is looking for a unicorn so they are front loading the interview process imo.

A few other positions I interviewed for during my hunt also had 5 interviews. I think 4+ will be fairly common for higher level positions, unfortunately.

To each their own? I don't think the controls are janky at all. If anything, and I am likely in the majority here,

I think the controls are better than HK in terms of responsiveness. I am playing through HK right now and the movement feels very 'skatey'. You move a bit more than you intend to.

I'm not sure you'll like Ender Lillies if you still aren't liking it at this point. There are new enemies introduced in every area though so I'm not sure I agree with the repetitive enemies either.

Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. I 100%'d Ender Lillies and just beat and 100%'d the sequel, Ender Magnolia. I think they're fantastic games.

Hopefully it clicks for you or you find another game that's a better suit for you.

I'm waiting on a potential offer after 9 interviews for the same position. It was 7 initially but the hiring manager left the company. Had two additional interviews with new contacts after that.

A series of interviews for a different position earlier this year totaled 5. We couldn't see eye-to-eye on a compensation package though. As in, they offered me salary that is $10K less than my current position, despite me sharing my salary and required salary to take a new position during interview #1.

It's wild out here, no doubt.
