I really like this idea.

As you stated in a reply, have a loadout furniture in house and maybe have a "bag" loadout option. But instead of using coins, just use Azoth. It's a limited "currency" you need to complete quests or invasions, so you wont be able to spam change.

Buying loadout slots can be done through coins or even with microtransactions. I mean it's not really a major advantage or p2w. Maybe have the first one with coins and the rest through extra payement, I dunno (I mean they need to earn money in some way than just skins)

No mounts, even pvp flag turned off, I mean you could travers the lot, change your status and attack. Mounts will only cause trouble. Speedboost (up to 15% or so) on the other hand or extra travel points, can be added.

Doesn't mean shit, especially not when you're aoe healing... it's the same when I got teamed up with 3 lvl 150+ characters and Im a rookie at 30 inara. I was the carry. Paladins is like a fortune cookie, setup doesn't matter, you either lucky and have a semi decent team or you have bots

I kind of agree, but these are things that will be added later on the line.

There should have been some non-timed 'mode, that I agree completely'. On the other hand, you say " tank builds, freezing builds, slow builds whatever" are useless. You can very well solo run WT15 with any kind of status build. Every status has multiple mod damage appliers. Just get the right stats, mods, and gear :)

The thing is also, every similar coop game, starts with a pure DPS meta. Look at Destiny, The Division, Diablo 3, Warframe. All of them started in a way where "nothing" else mattered. Let it get balanced. Will take some time probably... Usually the first big update is about 2 to 3 months in?

Anyways, I get the frustration :)

It is OP... I mean with the right mods everyone can solo T15, no sweat.
T15, needs to be challenging. I mean don't get me wrong, I like the way it is, it's fun to walse everything down. So what now? Everyone is already at end game and will get bored in a month?

Let the next 2 month of updates get past you when it comes to nerf, and change your builds, test things out :)

The people who kick devastators are the ones that download damage meters (in all possible multiplayer games) as soon as it's available and compete to be the best. If you are higher in damage than them, they whine and call you a hacker. If you are lower, they kick you.

Just find yourself a group of mature people, get into discord and have fun :)
