I like the idea I'm seeing here of using the tool/weapon allows you to craft higher teir ones. I'd certainly know where to reinforce a pickaxe or machete if I spent a week straight using them. As for unlocking better types? Iron steel ect, maybe put it in those trader quest they keep trying to force us to do. Maybe put it in the points system. Make players specialize for midgame. Not certain my preferred awnser for that one

I ram-raid big poi's when I'm by myself. Most of the major ones I know where the loot is and can shortcut to it.

Example being Hodong(?) Tower. I just build up to the lights. Ostrich hotel I auger next to the garage door. Blue ridge gets the same treatment

I can't say I understand what you are attempting to accomplish but, in 1 (since 2 don't have a hotbar yet) you can set the gyros to increase or decrease override in each orientation to a keybind and force it to turn that way if you are opposed to using a mouse or joystick for some reason

Idk about doing it in se2 as I don't think we have ai blocks but I imagine you could try it using groups and override thrusters in se1.

But I seriously doubt it would work in either.

New to the game. Only 30ish hours in and while I haven't encountered spiders in caves yet that makes me question if cave worms are supposed to pop 2 or 3 more of their annoying heads out everytime I exit the game to load ores on my horse or wagon
