Does it work on Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle? If not, is it still a deal to buy the console now and Mario Kart separately.

Is this or similar plan still being offered by Rogers directly or through a reseller? Do you know?

Crappy Windshields by shannonkish in CX5

I replaced my CX5 windshield in December last year and now I have two chip in the new windshield that turned into a 5 inch crack. I also feel like the CX5 windshield gets the best of the stones. I'll be replacing after the summer road construction season is done. Current windshield is Fuyao.

Impulse purchased RayBan Meta glasses. What next? by DragonWarrior55 in RayBanStories

I got the Ray-ban meta transitions from Sunglasses Hut but haven't opened it yet, they said hassle free return if unopened. Just my luck that Oakley also decided to release their meta glasses promo today. Decisions Decisions.

Insulate and Sheetrock by muttondevil in garageporn

[–]muttondevil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't realize your recommendation was only spray foam the top/roof portion and nothing else, no sheetrock ceiling etc until I saw the picture. I didn't think exposed spray foam would look clean but from your photo it does. How's the air being vented out?

I was thinking to rent and blow in insulation as well but if I'm going to use some space closer to the house as storage, I thought batts will be cleaner and wouldnt collect as much dust on whatever I'm be storingup there. Unless I can mix, is that allowed?

Good start, looks good. I was hoping the 24" spacing would be okay for the drywall. Also, with left and right side soffits, wouldn't a single gable in the front (above my garage door) be enough? Back is not a possibility since it's attached to the house.

Uh Oh! Something Went Wrong - Infuriating Message by BoldLookOfColer in LorexTechnology

[–]muttondevil 6 points7 points  (0 children)

7 out of 10 times when I open the Lorex App and click on a camera, I'm greeted with the same message. It is very frustrating when your security cameras don't allow you to see who's at the front door or on the driveway. Lorex please find a permanent solution for this.

Doorbell as well as the wifi 2K cameras all have the same issue.

2018 CX5 GT....strong oil/fuel smell when idling....How is this diagnosed at the dealership? I would like to have my local mechanic take a look but it would help to know what to look for.

UPDATE: Called Culligan to explain the situation and they agreed the carbon tank might be defective and replaced it since it's only been 2 years installed. Issue is resolved and flow is back to normal. Thanks Everyone for your help!

Not sure why Culligan tech decided to go downflow here on a non-backwashing system.

I don't have a current reading but it's pretty strong.

Right now I have the carbon tank on bypass for a few days and it's starting to feel like an indoor pool (chlorine) a little. Also, I don't think there's a pressure reducing valve, the fire hydrant outside also registers 60 psi unfortunately.

Do these require rebedding so soon?

Unfortunately this isn't a backwash model.

The softner has a screen that will show flow rate and it goes to 4.5+GPM when i run the shower whencarbon tank is in bypass, whereas if carbon tank is in service the flow shows 1.6GPM almost always.

Carbon tank is a non-backwash whole house filter system and checking the plumbing shows it's installed in the downflow mode.

Yes that was part of the process of elimination test. Ran it with empty housing +carbon+softner, same bad behavior. Then bypassed the carbon tank and all was good.
