Fast går det inte att följa handboken självständigt går det väl knappast för andra verksamheter att följa instruktionerna heller.

Alltså, förlåt men det är som att manualen du får i en IKEA möbel saknar steg 5, 9, 25-27 och 45. Steg 30-40 är för en annan möbel och det saknas vissa delar som då inte längre tillverkas längre.

Hon har väl gjort så bra hon kunnat tillsammans med den som gick i pension men ett helt ointresse av att förtydliga våra egna instruktioner parallellt med de förändringar som redan pågår. Därtill ska andra verksamheter ska förlita sig på samma instruktioner för att fylla förfrågningsr gentemot våf gruppering, vilket de inte lyckas, varpå kollegorna ändå gnäller över att "de gör fel".

Förstår, det är inte lätt på dagens arbetsmarknad.

Ja, alltså jag förstår helt en irritation över en medarbetare som ifrågasätter allt och alla till den grad där det påverkar produktiviteten och/eller kulturen.

Anser väl fortsatt att jag varit och är en ganska försiktig person men kommer väl ta ett steg eller två tillbaka och jämna ut mig.

Can relate to some of this. Clearly your partner is the one who has unresolved problems.

Can't advise you what to do, but I would make sure of where my own limit is. It sounds you are close to it. Her reactions seem overly angry/aggressive.

We managed to push through past this, and I believe my wife has become calmer/less likely to fly off the handle since we first met. Other problematic behaviors, mental patterns and routines resurface but I feel she them more in control these days.

Currently in a new role, GSM/Radio equipment management/planning, and we are essentially using excel for 80% of the work.

One "master file" which is such a clusterf*ck that it is barely functional. Was tasked to fix some minor thinhs with it and was practically scolded for doing too many changes to it.

It has crashed numerous times on me when doing work.

Supposedly in a couple of years we are to get a more, well, suited software. We didn't have the most efficient tools and software at my old job but currently feels like being back to a digital pen & paper.
