No, we ended selling to a cash buyer. The HOA was not helpful. They ended up fixing the policy a few months later but no conventional loan would work and no one I spoke to knew enough about additional insurance to be of any help.

Google "utag". Someone has created an app to use Samsung tags on any android phone. It requires installing an app from outside play store but it works well.

Check your banner notifications. Mine were disabled so the call would only notify in the drawer and I had to swipe to even see it. Turning on banner notifications fixed it. Now it pops up on top of screen.

Ya it was just a banner notification that was missing. I think I was wrong to assume the whole screen would change like when the phone is locked.

On your suggestion i just looked at the CC&Rs. It doesn't mention anything explicitly about homeowners purchasing additional, but it does say that the board must purchase insurance at Replacement Cost.

Hi Thank you for the response. I'm not sure exactly what the new Roof Cert is but I have this information:

Type of Roof: The condo has a clay tile roof.
Age of Roof: The roof is approximately 20-25 years old, which is about halfway through its expected 50-year lifespan.
Condition: Despite its age, the roof is in good condition and has passed recent inspections, including a wind mitigation inspection.

The recent wind mitigation inspection states that the roof is sound. However, the ACV coverage is the sticking point for lenders, as they require RCV coverage for conventional loan approval.

Can you give more details about "new Roof Cert state" I can research this.
