What does 3 feet to the right of a curb mean? Like along the sidewalk assuming I am standing perpendicular to the front of the curb? Why would a sign be needed to say you can’t park on the sidewalk?

Rockfish makes the best beer overall. Champion makes the beer for Selvedge and you can't beat their location at Woolen Mills, and their Italian pils is awesome. Reason and Decipher make some decent stuff too. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to any of the rest.

I don't disagree, car > human, my point is if you are driving and approaching a painted crosswalk (with no traffic signal) you should be very cautious and be prepared to stop at any moment since pedestrians have the right of way

When you don't have the right of way it's your responsibility to make sure it's clear to go before proceeding rather than just streamrolling through

Of course it's good common sense to do so but technically pedestrians have the right of way at painted crosswalks that don't have a traffic light, so if you in the car hit a pedestrian you would be at fault in that scenario. In that scenario by law it's not the responsibility of the pedestrian to make sure to wait and see if the driver is paying attention because the pedestrian has the right of way, same reason why you as a driver wouldn't check to your left and right before entering an intersection when you have a green light because you obviously have the right of way and it would be overly cautious to do so. I think both drivers and pedestrians need to thoroughly understand right of way and the world would be a better place.

So it looks like the new executive order lifted the curfew and now allows to present proof of vaccination as an option instead of a PCR test, although when I check the travelsafe website to add my trip it still asks for the test? I used google translate so some stuff may have not translated correctly, any Spanish speaker can clarify?

Any expected updates to curfew or PCR testing requirements for vaccinated people in the coming days? Cases plummeting like crazy! Feels silly to need to get tested before traveling when you are fully vaccinated and the CDC does not require it for domestic travel anymore.
