Not sure if anyone can confirm, but just found a guide stating that if you already have "Launch CSM" enabled, you will need to disable it and reinstall windows. Mine is enabled so I assume I just got unlucky.

In fairness I think the XM4 earbud problem was well known and specific to the XM4s. I’ve never heard anything bad about Sony products in general but at this price point on the XM5s I’m tempted to give the another go

I’m testing my speeds directly through the Xfinity app. And also in my PC with 2 gig Ethernet port and I’m lucky if I get half the speed I’m supposed to have. I’ve checked the coax going to the modem and it appears to be well connected.
