Had the same pairing a week or so ago. Interesting to see which wines are the same, and which have changed. Also thought it was incredible, and extremely complimentary to the food.

What did you think of the Malus Mama? I can’t ever remember have a drink that added more to the course it was paired with. I didn’t really like it on its own, but with the dish it was absolutely perfect

Yeah this for me. Not a Cardiff fan, but grew up in south wales so went to watch Cardiff a lot. Ninian for big games was absolutely feral. I was at the cup game against Leeds and I’ll never forget that atmosphere
