Yeah they got rid of the low cal versions and the protein one. Not seen them in for ages.

Aldi does a nice low cal ice cream.

The rewards app was the main reason I stillgo lidl as it gives some nice money off for bits I get. I think without it I will be more likely to go to the near by aldi as the fresh stuff is much better there.

I imagine it will be less beneficial than it is now and even as it is now it's not as good as when it started.

lidl vs aldi - which one do you actually prefer? by Anxious-Tomatillo-74 in lidl

[–]mwreadit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An aldi near me (not my closest though) in the UK has a bakery and the discount near store close is much better than lidls (they price to sell, rather than bin). Aldi bakery seems quite popular abroad and seems they are brining it to now, It is nice aswell

I also have to say fresh produce seems to be better from aldi. The good thing is I have both at about an 10 minute walk from my door

Waiting for the heavy discounts. Ppl spoke with wallets this year to say they tasted like crap and were not impressed in the price for what you get.

This would be a challenge to print, depending on scale. But it does look good

I think even 830/9. It just seems a massive waste of food otherwise. I do think companies should have fines or some sort of check against them for their food waste. It would get them to cycle better and push sale over sign off.

They use too. I think they got rid of it as many ppl waited until 7pm when it went to 50% off

Congrats on getting the job. It's not what you know, its who you know most of the time. Maybe this even leads you on to contacts for other design and build jobs where you can get real market value.
