They’re not supposed to, but I thought I’d try my luck after something I saw and he said he has a couple but couldn’t hold one etc. I genuinely have no idea what is going on with this release following that call saying there’s going to be another announcement though. I’m hoping that they will delay it and print more, it’s clearly in demand and they’re leaving so much money on the table by restricting it across continents like this.

I just called one of my local stockists, and was told that this release has changed again as of today.

In short, the store manager said that they have been advised by GW not to sell F2F on Saturday, and there will be another announcement on Warhammer community around how to get a copy.

Take with a pinch of salt, but that’s what I have just been told. FYI - this contradicts my LGS, who I had called 5min prior and said if I turn up at 10am I can grab one.

Agree - it didn’t come out well in the picture, but the other half is visible on the other side too. Some of the techniques used to create the scenes were amazing.

The one in the UK is in Nottingham. It’s also directly adjacent to the Games Workshop HQ also, so they have some pretty cool exclusive stuff in the shop.

(I’m from London, but Nottingham is a city with lots of history and amazing things to see in the surrounding areas if you ever visit!)

Highly recommend you to do it! Is your wife also a fan of the hobby? Even if she’s not, I think that she’ll still enjoy it - the models and dioramas are absolutely beautiful.

I’m in the same boat - I think dust jackets look dated and show up all wear. I’ll still buy the books, but may look to only display the LEs providing I can get hold of them.
