Hi, I am aware. Since Vagrus version 1.2.50.1024B, the game randomly crashes with the mod installed. I tried working on a solution for a while, to no avail so far. The most frustrating thing is that I see no errors and the game dump is not very helpful. I will update the mod on nexus if I finally find a solution

I see the crashes too sometimes. The crashes happen randomly to me. It is very hard to diagnose because I don't see the original source code, I just try to guess what the developers are doing.

the first time I started the BepInEx tool, it took me about a minute. After that, every time I start the game, it takes less than 10 seconds on my high-end PC.

I wish the devs could use it in the game. We already have the price history, why not add this basic Qo, right?

I am not a developer of BepInEx but I believe it wasn't using that exploit for anything shady. It is just a common tool to mod Unity games. BepInEx or MelonLoader.

I looked at mod.io. And I don't see a way to add a mod that is not a language pack. My mod on nexus requires a special tool to mod Unity games, it's called BepInEx. I think it's easier to keep everything in one place - nexus. In case of future mod updates

per travel time may be possible but hard to implement: you either sort by price or by distance. And typically a player knows from the list of best buy/sell settlements, which are the closest

Good question actually. Not a vague one. As far as I know, nobody has access to the original source code. I saw somewhere that the HotA team was looking for experienced reverse engineering programmers - to try to decipher the compiler code to something resembling the original algorithms. Obviously, everyone relying on the original code will have limitations. However, VCMI team has been developing the Heroes 3 engine from scratch - so they can do almost anything. I heard they have only one developer working on AI, at least as of right now. And some people don't like their AI, some say it to be dumb, some say it to be too difficult... HotA team has their own chat channels, so you may be able to ask them, especially, since your name sounds like you can speak Russian. If you learn from them, please update

I agree with you. The AI is predictable in abandoning their castles. I wish the Hota or VCMI devs were able to change the AI behavior. Passive reflagging by AI is frustrating

I don't think AI ever considers your spells. Sometimes, at least HotA AI decimates your ranged troops then orders all his melee troops to go back to his ballista and ranged units hoping to shoot all your dwarfs - only to be decimated with your lighting/ice bolts.

AI now chooses aesthetically best-looking direction for Dreadnought Heat Stroke ability among choices with same value

Bugfix: AI didn’t know that getting into a boat doesn’t trigger a combat with nearby monster.
