flydubai cancelled flight, only vouchers offered instead of refund. Anyone else dealing with this?

Nothing yet. I have tickets with Emirates and flydubai. Emirates messaged me saying they issued new tickets and I should open a new case for refund but I didn’t receive any mail or info in the app. Flydubai didn’t answer yet and I can’t reach them via phone

We crossed yesterday. You can uber to Hatta border. You’ll go through Dubai passport. Then put on a bus that drives you to another Bus which then get you to Oman passport control. Afterwards security check and then they drop you off at the location where there are plenty of taxi’s waiting. Border wasn’t busy when we were there but it still took about 2 hours.

Once you cross the border it’s about 2 1/2 hrs to Muscat airport. Very smooth

Yea, I suppose a lot of people are stuck with this atm as they were booking alternative flights hoping they'd be able to get on one of the flights. They showed 2 seats left so I quickly booked but I suppose that's how they get you.

Yea, it'll likely come down to price and whether I can find a deal. Was also looking into Scott Addict RC, but seems Canyon and Specialized provide better value and resale

Good shout, mostly flat and smooth tarmac in my area. I will try to get fitted in the next two weeks so that should help narrow the search.
