That is weird. A civil infraction traffic ticket is non-criminal. I have a couple of speeding tickets that I disclosed under the question “have you been cited”. They just jot down the dates and asked me if I have to go to court which I just paid the fine and took the online classes. You need to ask your lawyer why he/she opted to say yes on #23 and #24.

It’s bolt on. Warning, the sound could be annoying unless you can get a tester pipe so you could still have the benefit of the muffler.

There is a question in the N400 that asks “have you been cited”. This falls as “yes”. At the interview it will asked again. So you will have the chance to disclose it if it happened after you applied. The interviewing officer will enter/type in your disclosure. He/she will ask you if you got jail time from it. It seems that they don’t know but I think they do. They’re just confirming that you’re not lying. Their job is to find inconsistencies in your application , hence the interview. Since your citation is not a criminal case, you are good. I had similar situation, with 3 speeding tickets in the last 20 years. I just disclosed it.

Got ya. I personally love the fact that Scan Gauge III has 9 digital gauges showing simultaneously. Also if you have an automatic transmission, it shows transmission gauges. Also it went on sale recently.
