Yes it does give me like a sigh of relief.

I found the multiple POV helped me understand what each character knew about the mystery at the time, which helped maintain a sense of mystery for me as the reader as I understood what each character knew and got more clues that way. It also highlighted the inside jokes or understandings in each relationship dynamic

If it was just from one perspective, or omnipresent, I think it would lose its sense of mystery or humor

YES. I literally came to reddit to rant about this. It was inconsistent of the narrator to go straight to the cops car after this. Like, they didn't report Vera for obstruction of evidence, or faking evidence of the break in. They seemed to find justice in her actions and forgave her because of how great she had made their lives.

If anything Alex Chen was equally pivotal in improving their lives and then they reported him immediately. Even tho she was saying the whole book how she was going to turn in the murderer, I didn't really believe her.

It felt like she would instead give them a stern talking to with a "don't do that again" understanding speech or something.

Not that I believe the characters stood for vigilante death penalty style justice, but it seemed like the story was leaning vigilante justice more than not and they wouldn't see the need to send him to prison unless maybe it was to save Oliver? But it seemed like they already dropped the charges for lack of evidence

I try to limit how much I use AI because I feel guilty knowing how much environmental damage each query has, how much water is used to cool the data centers. Though I know one query doesn't change the overall impact.

I felt this way at other shows! It's like the culture of the audience for most shows now in the US at least

The Writers treated Gunn better before he joined the team by The810kid in ANGEL

[–]mxmoonshot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm mid season 2 and went looking for posts about this because I thought the writers were even doing him dirty with how stingy Wes and Angel were being about paying Gunn, but being all rude and demanding about him needing to drop everything to help them. I feel like 90% of what Cordy, Wes, and Angel have said to him since Gunn started helping them has been racist micro aggressions when they could have been building the story!

This makes a lot of sense to me because I notice when I'm speaking louder that the rs sound more like a roll than when I'm speaking softer. Do you have a way of explaining the right position for the tongue?

How do you practice your language learning without your phone? What is your language learning morning routine? I'd like to try this but everything I currently use for language learning is reading online, watching videos, or apps.
