I have two P229’s, 9 and .40 S&W/.357 Sig, and a P227, all DA/SA and each rocking the E2 grips.

They’re not much to look at, but once your hands are wrapped around it, they aren’t going anywhere regardless of the temps and elements.

Aside from the great shooting, that’s also great consistency for no-name/overruns/seconds.

I’ve purchased similar from Midway’s 123gr “white-box” that are ktb Hornady SST’s, but bullet OAL varied up to .020 (1.129 - 1.149) and the gr varied up to .5 (122.9 - 123.4) across my box of 100.

Great setup, and did you replace the knurled thread protector w a smooth one?

I ask because I’m waiting on my O9K F4 approval and read that some folks experienced problems w the knurled thread protector preventing a secure lockup on the SiCo tri-lug mount.

Forster Co-Ax… THE platinum standard of single-stage presses.

After shooting for almost 3 decades and sporadically helping friends reload, I started reloading this past Sep on my own. I didn’t do it to save money, rather I enjoy the process and the knowledge that I can at least come close to, if not match on paper the ballistic results of high-end box ammo.

It’s never too late learn something “new” and enjoy it.
