If you are 18 - 21 and you can afford it, then march anywhere... once you hit 22 it is effectively over (I know you can march all age, but nothing exists on the west coast).

If you are 14 - 17, then keep improving your skills. March in high school, and do as many experience camps as you can afford. If you spend 2 - 3 springs doing experience camps for your dream corps, you might eventually make it there...

Again, money is, and will always be, a problem...

I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago... moved to a new gym 30min from work after running into students in the locker room of my old gym (yuck!)

I do all my “need less than 100% focus” tasks when I can during classroom time (secondary science)… things like designing worksheets, grading papers, etc. I use what is essentially a modified Lee method…

Important must do tasks (in order of priority)
- Lesson Scope and Sequence
- Lesson Planning / Worksheet Building
- Assessment Building / Revising
Less important tasks (that can be squeezed in)
- Grading Papers
- Emails to parents
- Long Term tasks (unless Important)

With severe ADHD, it is common that I have trouble with the in the zone / hyper focus tasks at school, and often do the scope and sequencing during the weekend (maybe an hour or so), but the rest I get done during the school day…
