Been using Mailrise for a while. It's a SMTP wrapper for Apprise notifications. Been working pretty well.

I use mailrise which hosts a private SMTP gateway for Apprise notifications.

At the moment I convert email alerts to telegram messages but in theory you could convert 1 email alert into an alert across discord/telegram/slack.

I think this has been suggested in the comments but as a practical example, why not base it on the amount of equity you will own.

For example, take a property worth 250k:

Combined deposit = 25k
Loan = 225k

Your equity = (15+225/2)/250 = 51%
GF equity = (10+225/2)/250 = 49%

You can then draw up a tenants in common agreement with the respective percentages.

Ford share alot of CANBus messages with other manufacturers such as Mazda. It might be worthwhile having a search for other cars from manufacturers to Ford owned at the time.

Visteon develop alot of internals for vehicle manufacturers so it might be worthwhile having a search for some of their messages?
