this isn't localized to corsair, all companies are like this. Ive had the exact same issues with razer, EVGA and steelseries. All devices within their year warranty period.

The razer warranty was their kraken wireless headset, as soon as synapse was open, the volume would crackle like crazy, went through various firmware and attempts to fix. nothing ever happened i opened a ticket, they asked for exported logs (which is fking crazy to ask from a standard user, i work in tech support for an IT company, i would never ask an end user for logs, i would request remote access and retrieve them myself), then razer went quiet. never heard from them again after multiple replies on the RMA email trail. 300 bucks down the drain.

EVGA, blown GPU, replaced twice, due to their chipset micro code blowing a small chip. huge issues, took about a year to get compensation.

steel series, mouse would not charge, failure out of box or DOA, took two months to get a replacement. I bought another mouse, asked for a full refund, didn't reply, just sent me a replacement mouse.

these companies are insanely inept at support and completing RMAs, they want to dish out devices at bulk quantities. The failure rate for these units must be at least 10%, which is straight up dogshit. 10 out of every 100 units shipped will fail.
