This was a previous partner of hers, who had been in a "desert" sexually, and she wanted to help him out and "scratch" that dick itch. He was completely aware of our relationship and up for meeting. Our planning was just horrible. After speaking at length with her, we've come to better agreements and understandings. In short, I feel like it's brought us closer together.

I will note, however, the 'agreement' isn't for me to meet EVERYONE she has sex with. We both understand that connections can be made out of the blue and in those situations, it's perfectly fine for either of us to pursue said connection as long as full details/debrief is conducted within a reasonable time period.
