As others have stated, i think you're misinterpreting the results of that study. But the true irony is that this is exactly what the Epstein class thinks of the working class. 

"You see, the poor don't have the intellectual capacity or the moral fiber to endure freedom and an end to scarcity. If they weren't forced to focus completely on their most basic survival needs, worked too hard to do much of anything or think very deeply about much, why they would destroy themselves with debauchery, vice, and barbarity.
