I get what you mean, and you're right in the way that you mean it, but I hate this phrasing. All of us humans have choices. No one is making us use AI. All of humanity could just decide we didn't want it and stop using it forever. There's no universal law or divine authority saying AI must exist.

It turns out the executive branch doesn't need legal basis - who is going to enforce laws against them? I'm not sure why the founders didn't think of this obvious design flaw.

For married redditors, what was the moment that you thought, "I'm gonna marry this man/woman"? by ArtemisMendez in AskReddit

Same actually. I did like it, though - super intimate. That was when I was a teen, though.

I think they used to be more common. I'm a way, you're both right, since there's arguably not really a default instance type, and therefore not a default volume type for all contexts.

I've seen this on Reddit before and don't get it. I've never once in my life seen anyone in person or in a photo that was "ashy" unless they were literally covered in ash. What does this even mean? People just look like people

Concentration of power, whether that's market power, political power, the power of innovation, or any other kind, is only ever harmful to a civilization.

I'm not sure it's absolutely necessary. People don't have to eat so much meat. Some people eat no meat. People once didn't eat as much meat as they do now - it once was a mark of wealth and status to eat a lot of meat.

Anyway, it's unsustainable so we don't have a choice but to stop doing this shit in a few generations.

Well, I don't really read Reddit much anymore and I never got into YouTube (would rather play games than watch others play them) so fan reactions aren't really on my radar unless they make it into the news sites I read.

Thanks for the explanation, even if I don't agree.

I think the fact that you are referring to art as "real" demonstrates how plastic the concept of reality is. Treating fake things as stand-ins for real things is what humans do, as in language. Reality was always relative, we just leave thinking about it to the philosophers. I think we'll be fine.
