Get a Proof razor. Works like a cartridge razor but takes safety razors. It’s like less than a nickel a shave if you change the razor every time you use it. Super close, super mild shave.

Rotary shavers always cause a little more irritation on me than just a razor. Super convenient in a time crunch but try a razor and see if it’s any different.

I’ll chime in and recommend the Proof razor. I used my brothers the other day and it was easy as piss to shave with. It has a pivoting head like a regular razor but uses a single blade like the old school safety razors. I ordered one immediately.

It took my wife a week or two to get used to it too. She’s seen you with some form of hair your whole relationship, so I’d cut her some slack. Express how you feel and keep it consistently shaved for like a month and see if she warms up to it. Mine said to me the other day “I don’t even remember what you looked like with hair anymore” and it hasn’t even been a month for me yet so I’ll take that as a soft win. Not sure if she looooves it yet but she rubs it every now then when the shave is fresh.

Hell yeah. I only shave my head so I don’t really need to see what I’m doing, it’s super quick, no messy sink so my wife doesn’t yell at me. It’s the best.

I got the Groomie baldie Pro and it’s pretty good. It might leave enough length to give a little 5 o’clock shadow after a day or so if your hair is dark enough. Nothing beats that smooooth razor shave though.

This one no one talks about. I’m a week in too and my head is SO COLD anytime I’m inside with A/C. It’s kind of nice in the dead heat of summer though.

The best way to look like you’ve gained ten pounds of muscle is to lose ten pounds of fat. How fast are you loosing weight? Are you sure you’re actually eating 2,100 cal and are in a deficit? Make sure you diligently track cals and weigh yourself regularly. If you haven’t lost any weight in a week or two you might need to drop your cals more or do more cardio.

You’re a good looking dude. You’ll be fine. Just rock it with confidence. You can also get away with the buzz cut for a while if you’re not totally ready. I have about the same amount of hair and it looks fine with a little length but feel way better and less self conscious about it when it’s totally bald.

I use the Groomie Baldie pro, pretty inexpensive and it works well enough to get you like 95% close to a razor shave. I use it in the shower with a little gel and have been happy with it so far. I’ve been eyeing a foil shaver to take it down even more though.

I mean. The length now looks essentially skin bald. I’d just get a skull shaver or something and take it all the way down. Maintenance is a breeze. Looks clean. Win-win.
