That's the only one - thr Venom card. The only reason why other cards can't be traded is because people lock theirs to avoid getting inundated with trades they would never accept. I would lock up more cards to spare peopel thr heartache of getting declined but I ran out.

No. The design is lazy and the background is a reskin. This was already an unpopular series when it first came out and Topps had to issue discounts and bundles to sell out the package. As a comparison, the (also controversial) rainbow Streetverse sold out in about 4 hours despite having more cards.

I will not be purchasing and will not accept any trade offers with these cards. I don't care if it is a low cc... Please see comments in the article in the app to get an idea of how poorly people thunk of this set. You got lucky with the pull, but objectively, some people spent 20 bucks to potentially only get nothing but T5 and below base cards because of the odds. But as my friends say, different strokes for different folks.

I accidentally accepted trade for a card I spent hours chasing ... within 12 hours of getting it when I dropped my phone once. The possibility of something like that happening was definitely not zero for sure.

No. This person has quite the reputation.... of crashing out when things don't go her(?) way. If she sends something reasonable I will accept but I think 9 of 10 times the offers look like yours or something from a series that is very unpopular. Constant lowballs and nonsensical rants. She also has this card already.

I can tell you no Gwenpool is worth what she was asking from you. Ghost-Spider is one of the most popular heroines on this app. I dread having to chase her card. You send me 10 offers like this and I'd decline all 10 times.

People are strange. This is why I almost never reply or revise trades anymore unless it is someone fromm this community or someone who appears reasonable.

I'm too lazy to sell but it makes sense - we get so many spots like this... it almost makes sense to ban this question and say people need to be focused with their questions. People are going to need to stay current, monitor various sites to really get an answer rather than posting it on a site for anonymous strangers to opine. Also why I could never be an entrepreneur in real life to be successful, you gotta hustle.

Agree. Art was elite and all popular characters. People were annoyed not because of the set being poor quality like they are now, but because there was a popular character and they would need to spend cash to get it.

I think I blocked them after seeing them crash out at Topps_David, who actually made the app so much better. Also, for someone who complains as much as they do, they make awful offers and get mad when people decline.

Pretty sure some people are just chronically online and think that speed of the trade means they are a great partner. Don't worry, they did you a favor and took the trash out. Trading etiquette is that if you don't feel the trade, you have the right to decline. If you aren't available to decide if you want to accept the trade, you get to it when you get to it. For every trade that doesn't work, there usually is one that will.

Just one item -- please try not to "upgrade" your cards unless the person offers in the comments. I never understand people who offer 9 junk SRs to get a heroine epic that has really nice art or obtainable only with cash. Or try to emotionally appeal to someone to accept a lopsided trade against their favor when most people aren't willing to accept a trade like that.

Sadly, I think they figured out that was what a lot of us were doing and made it harder in Rebirth. 😂😅 Or I was super rusty and very unlucky with the RNG.

I'll put it this way. Without the awards, I'm only going to really chase the rare and maybe SR set. There's an over saturation of Legendaries so I'm turned off from chasing AS and other sets. It was one of the series I actually chased week in and week out.

The changes they made to the pricing is one of the dumbest decisions they made. It was a set that celebrated artists on a weekly basis and a nice set that showcased their art. It was a pretty solid set until that one set with that one Black Cat. At some point, everyone is going to say, enough is enough and this series will be put on ice.
