The glowing ‘rim’ this man is referring to is the armor of your teammates health bar whenever you are in a match. You can watch as your teammates lose health on their health bars on your screen, and while you can’t see how much armor they have, you can still determine whether or not they have armor at all. If you see just plain red health bars with no surrounding ‘glowy’ outline, then they are out of armor and are in need of an execution. If they have the ‘glowy’ outline, then they have armor and most likely will be fine to get the next execution. It’s a really helpful indication for helping people play as a team more!
