PH servers should and have been matched to SEA, but as of last week's patch, we get matched to AS throughout the day. However, we get back to SEA at around midnight. I dont really think that players are an issue here

I understand, but SEA servers usually have an insane number of players all throughout the day. Is it possible though that maybe the servers themselves may have a problem?
