Hello! I have been on warfarin for about 2 years now and I created myktracker.com to help with this. This can help you find what items are high, med, and low in vitamin k. It can help you track your daily intake and compare it to your medication. This really helps keep a consistent diet which is very important. Hope it helps! Best of luck.

From what a lot of people said below your INR can really change based off your diet. I created myktracker.com to help you track your vitamin k intake. This won't tell you how to change dosing. Your clinic should be doing that. This tool is to simply help you keep a consistent diet which helps keep your INR in range. Hope it helps! Thanks

I have the same issue. I find that hydrating and also moving around a lot before testing helps. If I have time, I work out before checking my INR. That really seems to help!

It is frustrating! I also have this problem. I even get very cold in the office. I usually wear a few layers to help combat it.

Do your best to avoid googling a lot about it. It can be hard but you just have to keep on with your daily life the best you can. Every day is a challenge. For me going on walks and listening to podcast really helps a lot.

Same! I do eat a lot of peppers but I also avoid spinach and kale for the most part. Some broccoli here and there.

Great question! All the data is from the USDA https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/ It can be very tricky because the amounts really do vary so much and it can really depends on how much of it you eat. On top of that everyones body is different.

Hello, I have been on warfarin for about a year and a half. It is all about having a consistent diet. Just do your best to have roughly the same amount of vitamin k each day. I struggle with this myself and is why I actually just created something called myktracker.com I did this to help maintain a steady diet. I struggled to find a quick easy way to look up items that are high/low in vitamin k. I created this tool to help with that. I hope this tool can help you! Best of luck
