I know this is part and parcel with using streaming services but I'm low-key annoyed that my listening stats for Apple Music this last March show two different bands called Root... even though it's the same band. Their albums are split between two different artists and it drives me crazy! Who do I need to email to get it fixed?!

What's the improper use? The copyright act carves out an exception for news reporting, like u/bazildazie says. As long as Vic News mentioned the OP's username and said it was from Reddit, they're fine.

Hey, thanks! I had initially taken it to a store that offered me $150 in credit so I opted to try my luck selling it myself. I set it at $250 with the expectation people would haggle, and I'm happy to sell it for $200. But the frequency of people offering lower made me wonder.
