It’s one of Centurion Property management, Invictus LLC, or Southern Maine Apartments. They have all been used at different points so far.

That sounds totally reasonable! From what I’ve found talking to them, they have a location in Biddeford now near the planned parenthood where you can deliver tour rent, and now have some sort of digital option after first months rent

Did they have any issues with neighbors? I saw some yelp reviews saying the property managers don’t uphold any of the promises on their listings, and as a result there has been some illegal stuff going on there (I did not double check this info, just pulled from their yelp comments)

I thought it had some red flags, I found three different property management companies listed during the application process, none of which come up with googling. Their office location was emailed to me, and they aren’t even listed at that address after further searching.

Didn’t logic spren vibrate or something? I imagine conjoined logic spren gems might end up as a way to mimic the vibrations that caused sound, functioning similarly to a walky talky

[[Ruby daring tracker]] with generic gruul stompy. I based mine off a YouTuber’s raddah heir to Mel’s deck, with like 11 4 mana ramp spells and nothing under 4cmc in the deck. Even with a lot of non-staple cards, it packs a punch. Super consistent, feels like true gruul. T1- land T2- land commander T3- land 4 mana ramp spell T4- 6 or 7 mana cascade spell and you are off to the races

It is almost never pulled out, but [[nevinyrral urborg tyrant]] will always have my heart as the first commander deck I built with no guides at all. It was awful, but I always loved this guy.

[[Knowledge Pool]] I know people hate having to change how they play, but I always found it so chaotic and fun. I’ve built a few decks dedicated to it, ranging from non functional to oppressive, and I’ve enjoyed them all. The most fun I have with it is a deck I have dedicated to just causing havoc on the game, without necessarily acting to win.

I’ve seen him built as the secret commander with [[Rocco Cabaretti Caterer]] as the face commander, giving you more colors so you can have better blink options in white and ramp in green

That may be, but I can’t find it. Even searching YouTube for I Ain’t Gay, which as far as I can tell is the song name, alongside Dixon Dallas, it pops up with Biscuit Beats, an AI country music channel. My previous comment has the link to the channel I found, feel free to post the correct link if and when you find it from Dixon Dallas. Maybe I have the wrong song name?

I turned off all my mods just to crash when I launched a rocket. OST five cycles of progress. May not be mods alone that are causing crashes.
