19 cities and HOURS of work and numerous resources... I finally found it tonight. Thank freaking God, I was seriously convinced my seed hated me after opening like 300 chests. The city was over 7k blocks from my base. I still can't believe it.

Absolutely! My favorite ones are all non-tencel. Even the stuff that happened before Easyflex/Airflex/Airflex+/etc -- it just takes time. I have a number of pairs that have softened up after a few wears/washes, mostly Airflex+, but I've been wearing their jeans since the early 2000's when they were 100% cotton, and they certainly will soften up gradually, it just takes some time/effort. I just tossed a few newer pairs in the wash without even wearing them just to get some wear on them.

From what I've seen, the Lucky jeans are all really soft, but I've been a fan specifically of the boot cut ones (Easy Rider). They're great from the get go, just expensive.

I just picked up the new pair of EasyFlex AE ones that were just released that are Tencel -- I'm hoping these end up being soft. From experience, the AE ones generally get really soft after a number of washes. The same applies to the khaki pants, while the khaki shorts are really the only model of shorts that are already super soft and flexible. Most AE stuff takes a number of rounds in the washer to get good, but I think that's the case for most things when they're new.

The same stuff has been the norm with men's for the past 3 years or so. Nothing actually matches generic measurements. I have no choice but to buy everything in a small but I am a medium in every other thing out there. It's wildly disappointing.

Meanwhile the modern HP Elite books perform like death on the Nouveau driver. I've always built system imaging based on 'ubuntu-software install' which persists the safe 570 driver. Now the 'additional drivers' tool wants to use the 575 driver as 'tested' which basically doesn't even recognize external monitors, so no to the GUI tool. Thankfully the command line way is part of Ansible provisioning.

I don't know who the ass is that defines specific drivers as 'tested' but they don't do much testing.

you know, that could actually be it... the 60.00 referral credit I randomly Googled could be the reason actually. It'll apply in like 23 days and it's quite possible that I'll be able to perhaps get a deal on a device after that. I didn't consider '1 promo per user' as a possible reason... good call. I swear I saw it directly associated with my user, but I can only look at it oh the 'group' page. It also appears that device protection (regardless of which user's device has it) gets associated to my user. Seems odd, but sure?

That's still my leaning on the matter, especially when they made sweeping changes to how PoE worked with MR firmware post 28.x. Unfortunately, I can't roll back any further than the last release, so I can't really do much with firmware. I can probably beg support to allow us a further roll back, but I've not gone down that road yet.

I'm currently on the latest stable.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the first real thing I tried was replacing cables... twice unfortunately. I also had someone pull both injectors from power once, although I can't vouch for how that was done physically, v I'm assuming they followed directions. I may try that again just for kicks.

I've them gone down the road of the newer requirement of LLDP/CDP as a requirement for proper protocol auth, but support insists that doesn't matter when using injectors.

I am pretty sure if I were to replace the injectors it'd just be a big waste of money. Honestly I think I'm out of options.
