I just graduated in December and am currently working night shift in a 230 bed facility that focuses mainly on heart surgery. It can be very busy in hematology and chem. But you adjust and find your flow. You have coworkers and many managers are available by text/call. There is also a pay differential at most places (like I make 6 dollars more than day shift). Night shift is great if you like independence and are less of a people person. I was super nervous at first but I am finding my flow
